Refund policy

At Twoform, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Upon delivery, you are welcome to try on your item before the courier leaves. If the item is not suitable, you may return it immediately to the courier.

If you decide to keep your order, you may still request a return within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@twoformshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
